The deep relaxation of the trance allows you to focus your attention on any goal or intention you set for yourself. The role of the hypnotherapist is to guide you and to support you to achieve your goals or intentions. While you are in the state of hypnosis you are especially receptive to suggestions and to imagery. However, you will not say or do anything you do not want to say or to do.
